Gamification and Visualisation of Analytic Education is part of the Visual Analytics Collaboratory project.
This project aims at assessing the impact of interactive visual analytics on teaching introductory business statistics at a tertiary level. Two analytic games have been developed and introduced to support tutorial exercises. Subsequently a quiz was administered to reveal the effectiveness of teaching the fundamental analytic concepts with visual support as compared with the control group following the traditional teaching methods.
